Reid Park Rock PACT Partners — Fairstead, BRP Companies, Urbane and the Local Development Corporation of East New York — were selected by NYCHA and by Reid Park Rock residents to revitalize their homes. The partnership delivered a $635 million rehabilitation of 1,696 apartments across 87 buildings and 15 developments, with permanent affordability for nearly 3,500 residents.
BRP Companies (co-developer) is a minority-owned real estate development and construction company, founded by Meredith Marshall and Geoff Flournoy and based in New York City, that has developed and built over 3,000 units of affordable and workforce housing. Learn more

The Local Development Corporation (LDC) of East New York (community partner) empowers low- to moderate income women and minorities with programs that promote economic sufficiency, build assets and improve their lives and those of their families.
