Reid Park Rock PACT Partners were selected by NYCHA and resident leaders to restore the Reid and Park Rock homes to high-quality housing through the PACT program. We are a diverse team of experts with decades of extensive experience in affordable housing, planning, economic development, and knowledge of this community. Our goal was to bring much-needed sustainable improvements to homes, as well as strengthen the building systems and infrastructure.

Together, we built upon what makes each of your communities unique and invested in new resources and opportunities to help your neighborhood thrive while keeping rent affordable.

Reid Park Rock

Reid Park Rock is one of East Brooklyn's largest housing communities, providing 1,696 homes across 87 buildings. Residents are supported by thoughtfully renovated apartments with modern kitchens, updated bathrooms, and enhanced building systems, as well as access to on-site services, community spaces, and free community-wide Wi‑Fi. Together, these improvements create a stronger, more connected community built to thrive.

Improving for all generations

Reid Park Rock was revitalized through NYCHA's PACT program, a $635 million preservation effort that is both the largest in NYCHA's history, and the first PACT project selected by residents. 
Residents shaped the work at every step: they chose the development team, toured the mock-up apartments and voted on the finishes.
